You can join MiAmigoServices from the day that you turn 13 and choose from 5 different Amigo levels. Depending on your preferred Amigo status an annual membership fee applies as you can see in the table below. Also shown is the amount you pay per month.

By upgrading your Amigo status, you will have access to many extended services and increase your earning potential in the Affiliate Program. Gratis and Bronze Amigos can start withdrawing their earnings after they have upgraded to at least a Silver status. The annual membership fee can be paid from their earnings.

Platinum ‘Triangle Slot’

The structure of the forced matrix in the Pay Plan is 2 positions wide and 18 levels deep. If you become a Platinum Amigo when you join MiAmigoServices, the system will activate 2 extra positions on the frontline (the first level) of your personal matrix, creating a ‘Triangle Slot’! In such case you will always have a double result from one single effort because every new Amigo you enroll will be placed in the matrix of your main position, but also in the matrix of your left or right position on your frontline! In other words, you earn ‘twice’ from one effort and if this new Amigo builds a downline, this downline will be in 2 of your Matrices!

If you enroll a new Amigo and the main position is the sponsor, the new Amigo 'A' will automatically be placed under the left position of your frontline. Amigo 'A' has now been placed in the matrix of your main position and in the matrix of your frontline left spot. The same happened with new Amigo 'B'. In this example, new Amigo 'C' is placed under your frontline right spot, filling up both this matrix and the matrix of your main position.

Placement

New Amigos will be enrolled by the system from your main position and by default the new Amigos will be placed on the first empty Position, from left to right. However, you can manually ‘overrule’ the system and let a new teammate be placed at the right. This way you have control over the individual growth of your 2 extra matrix positions.

Because the system will see the 2 extra Positions as two enrolled new Amigos by you, Platinum Amigos are automatically entitled to earn a 25% Matching Bonus --- on the earned matrix commissions of their extra positions!

Don’t Regret Making the Wrong Decission – Be Smart at the Start!

A Platinum ‘Triangle Slot’ can be created if the two positions on your frontline of your personal 2 x 18 forced matrix are not yet occupied. Upgrade later and chances are that these two frontline positions will have been taken. This could be because you have enrolled a new Amigo yourself or a member enrolled by an Amigo in your upline was placed on your frontline because of spillover. These possibilities have to be taken very seriously!



If the 2 frontline positions are taken when you upgrade to Platinum at a later date, the system cannot activate these 2 frontline positions but instead will activate 2 positions anywhere lower in your personal matrix under your main position. Although still profitable, the earnings will be significantly lower and your efforts will rarely have a double result. Three Income Positions in the Forced Matrix and a Matching Bonus up to 100%

Platinum Members have 3 Positions in the forced matrix. In other words, they earn from three downlines. From the start Platinum Amigos earn a 25% Matching Bonus, which is an incentive that comes with their status and only Platinum Amigos will earn a 100% Matching Bonus after enrolling 15 Silver/Gold/Platinum Amigos. Raffle Ticket for the Super Profit Share Draw

Apart from getting a raffle ticket for each weekly Profit Share Draw, a Platinum Amigo also receives a raffle ticket for the Super Profit Share Draw. The Super Profit Share Draw takes place on the last Saturday in a month with 5 Saturdays. Only Platinum Amigos are entitled to participate in this exiting draw that will create overnight wealth for one lucky Platinum Amigo and a major financial injection to 81 more Platinum Amigos! Withdraw to a Bank Account and the Champ Cash Card

Platinum Amigos can withdraw funds from their ChamPay e-Wallet account to a Bank of their choice, whereas all other Amigos can only withdraw to their Champ Cash Card (VISA Debit Card), e-Gold or e-Bullion. If Platinum Amigos fill out and sign a ChamPay Affidavit, they are also entitled to upload their prepaid Champ Cash Card with a personal Credit Card, up to $500 per load.

Multiple Memberships

Amigos can obtain three Memberships at the Platinum Level, making them a ‘Triple’ Platinum Amigo. These can be personal or corporate accounts like i.e. Trusts, IBC's, Ltd's, one person business etc. If you join under a corporate membership you'll have to submit the Company Registration Papers. You can activate 3 memberships under one corporate entity.

You have to create a different Username (Company Name?) and a different e-mail for each Membership. One can expect Amigos with three Memberships will earn more money than average by promoting the MiAmigo Services. It would be considered a smart business move if at least one of the Memberships is registered under a Trust! Joining three times means that you get access to each service three times i.e. you will receive three different VISA Debit Cards increasing your maximum card balance to $30,000.

Triple Platinum Amigos that have a computer at home, one at the office and a laptop can upload the VoIP system on each computer; they can activate a different X-Wire account on each computer and different e-mail addresses.

Super Triple Platinum Advantage

Like everybody else, Triple Platinum Amigos will enroll new Amigos. Many of their Teammates will eventually earn a 100% Matching Bonus but if they don’t, because these Teammates are not a Platinum Amigo or didn’t enroll 15 Silver (or better) Amigos, the Triple Platinum Amigo will receive the ‘breakage’! The money that has not been paid out in the Matching Bonus program to their Teammates will flow into the Points Account of the Triple Platinum

Family Triangle

If you become a Triple Platinum Amigo and you would enroll another family member 2 times, or you would enroll 2 family members, your family would have a slot on the first 4 levels in your personal matrix. If this is the case , if a new Amigo has been enrolled by your main position, on each of the 4 levels one position will benefit from this effort.

Merchants

Merchants If you have an Internet Company that accepts and/or makes payments on line, you definitely should join as a Platinum Amigo! Why this is so? You will NOT pay ANY service fee for receiving and sending money through our ChamPay e-Wallet and also when you send funds to a bank --- no charge applies; you only pay the bank wire fees! If you withdraw more than €25,000 we even waive the bank fee!

Profit Share Draw

The Profit Share Draw is one of the most attractive and exciting elements of the MiAmigoServices Affiliate Program. A major part of the Company’s net profit will be returned to the Amigos through the Profit Share Draw. Every week Amigos stand a chance to become the lucky winner in the Profit Share Draw! The total amount generated in the Profit Share Draw will be raffled every Saturday.

Automatic Profit Share Draw Entrée

MiAmigo Services will issue free Profit Draw raffle tickets. Platinum Amigos receive a free raffle ticket each week, Gold and Silver Amigos get a free raffle ticket 2 times per month and Bronze Amigos receive 1 free raffle ticket per month.

Alternative Way to Enter the Profit Share Draw

Spend €5.00 (±7.50) or ₳ 500 on each of the MiAmigo services and the system will issue a raffle ticket, which will automatically play in the Profit Share Draw that same week. You can have an unlimited number of raffle rickets in the Profit Share Draw, which will increase your chances to win --- but you can win only one price each Profit Share Draw!

Thirty Percent

The 30 % from the Affiliate Pay Plan that has been reserved in Amigo Points will be deposited into the Profit Sharing Draw and will be shared as follows:

· 1 Winner receives 25 %

· 5 Winners receive 5 % each

· The remaining 50 % of Amigo Points will be divided by 500. That number of Amigos will then receive ₳ 500 each. The number of winners depends on the number of points to be shared.

Case Study

Let’s assume that this week we had a gross profit of €400,000 ($600,000) and 75% would be available for the Affiliate Program, which is €300,000 ($450,000). Then 30% from this amount (€90,000 / $125,000) will be converted into 12,500,000 Amigo Points.

From the ₳ 12,500,000 one Amigo wins 25 % and 5 Amigos win 5%. The remaining 50% will be divided by 500 and the outcome is the number of Amigos that win ₳ 500. In this Case Study the Winnings would be as follows:

· 1 Amigo receives 25 %, which equals ₳ 5,000,000 (€ 22,500 / ± $ 33,750)

· 5 Winners will each receive 5 % is ₳ 1,000,000 (€ 4.500 / ± $ 6,750)

· 900 Amigos will each receive ₳ 500 (€ 5 / ± $ 7.50)

Of course the outcome will be more if the weekly gross profit is higher and the winnings will be lower if the gross profit was less.

Eligible to Participate

Gratis Amigos must make a purchase of at least € 5.00 or ₳ 500 to get a raffle ticket to participate in a Profit Share Draw that particular week, and if they want to participate the following week they will again have to make a purchase. Upgraded Amigos will also receive free raffle tickets when making purchases, increasing their chances to win.

Super Profit Share Draw

The Super Profit Share Draw is open to Platinum Amigos. The Super Profit Share Draws in 2008 will take place on: 29 March, 29 June, 31 August and 30 November. If not a Platinum Amigo yet, we strongly advise to upgrade ASAP if you do not want to miss out; the prizes are BIG and chances you'll win are high.

Every 5^th Saturday of the Month

The Super Profit Share Draw will take place every month that has 5 Saturdays. The Super Profit Sharing Pool is filled with 10% of the Affiliate Pay Plan reserved from sales during the weeks that have passed since the last Super Profit Sharing Draw. There will also be a regular Profit Share Draw in that week!

Each Platinum Amigo has 1 raffle ticket and if you have 3 Platinum memberships, you’ll receive 3 raffle tickets for each Super Profit Share Draw.

The Super Profit Sharing Pool will be divided between 81 Platinum Lucky Amigos:

· 1 Platinum Amigos will receive 25%

· 5 Platinum Amigos will each receive 5 %

· 25 Platinum Amigos will each receive 1 %

· 50 Platinum Amigos will each receive 0.5 %

Case Study

Let’s assume that the last 13 weeks we had a gross profit of 13 x €400,000 ($600,000) = €5,200,000 and 75% would be available for the Affiliate Program, which is €3,900,000. Then 30% from this amount (€1,170,000) is converted into 117,000,000 Amigo Points.

The ₳ 117,000,000 will be divided as follows:

· 1 Amigo receives ₳ 29,250,000 (€ 292,500 / ± $ 438,750)

· 5 Winners will each receive ₳ 5,850,000 (€ 58.500 / ± $87,750)

· 25 Amigos will each receive ₳ 1,170,000 (€ 11,700 / ± $ 17,550)

· 50 Amigos will each receive ₳ 585,000 (€ 5,850 / ± $ 8,775)

Publication of Lucky Amigos

The drawing of the biggest prizes in both the Super and regular Profit Share Draw can be followed live through our website and immediately after the Draw you can see in your members’ zone if you are among the lucky winners. A list with the Usernames of the Lucky Amigos of each Profit Share Draw will published on the Info Board after 7 days of the Draw. Amigos that did not collect their price will be printed in red!

Affilliate Program

Amigos are not required to enroll new members; you can simply enjoy our services. However, you could still be earning commissions from the Forced Matrix because of spillover from your upline and/or downline Amigos.

‘Pay-Plan’ of the Affiliate Program

We will reserve a percentage of our sales for the Affiliate ‘Pay-Plan’. The percentage will vary depending on the sold service. To view a table explaining the income potential in all programs that will come on line, click here.

Amigo Points

We pay the affiliate earnings in Amigo Points. Most of our services are priced in the Euros, but in some of them ee deal with USD (VoIP and Champ Cash Card). In order to come to a fair affiliate payout we will convert all affiliate earnings into Amigo Points. The symbol ‘₳’ is the indicator of the Amigo Point. ₳100 is €1 and currently $1 is ± ₳75.

This means that the monies reserved for the Pay-Plan will first be converted into Amigo Points. The system will deposit your earned Amigo Points into the Amigo Points account. Once you have ₳10,000 in your Amigo Points account, you can withdraw the points to your ChamPay e-wallet. After the Amigo Points have been transferred, these Amigo Points will be automatically converted into cash Euros without extra cost.

Amigos under 18 are not yet entitled to convert Amigo Points into cash! They can spend their earned Amigo Points at the websites of supporting Merchants and MiAmigo websites or if they prefer they can save the earned Amigo Points until they turn 18 and then cash-in all their Amigo Points. Adult Amigos can also spend Amigo Points on at the websites of supporting Merchants and MiAmigo websites.

This is how the Affiliate Pay-Plan Points are divided between the various Payout Elements:

Referral Bonus

When teammates (personally enrolled Amigos) pay their annual membership fees or when they make a purchase on any of the MiAmigo Services websites, MiAmigo Services will pay a 10% Referral Bonus to the direct sponsor. All Amigos, including Gratis Amigos, are entitled to earn the Referral Bonus, which will be converted into Amigo Points and deposited into the Points Account as the Referral Bonus happens. This is a great chance for Gratis Amigos to generate the means to pay for an upgrade!

Forced Matrix

The main ‘engine’ of the Affiliate Program is the Forced 2 x 18 Matrix. Bronze/Silver/Gold and Platinum Amigos earn commissions on all 18 Levels, without an obligation to first enroll new Amigos.

If a position is occupied by a Bronze or Silver Amigo, the payou on the first 17 levels is €0.01 and on level 18 it is €0.03. However, there is a major difference, the positions occupied by a Bronze Amigo payout only once per month, on the 15th! Gratis Amigos will be placed in the matrix from the moment they upgrade to Bronze/Silver/Gold or Platinum Amigo.
