The Profit Share Draw is one of the most attractive and exciting elements of the MiAmigoServices Affiliate Program. A major part of the Company’s net profit will be returned to the Amigos through the Profit Share Draw. Every week Amigos stand a chance to become the lucky winner in the Profit Share Draw! The total amount generated in the Profit Share Draw will be raffled every Saturday.

Automatic Profit Share Draw Entrée

MiAmigo Services will issue free Profit Draw raffle tickets. Platinum Amigos receive a free raffle ticket each week, Gold and Silver Amigos get a free raffle ticket 2 times per month and Bronze Amigos receive 1 free raffle ticket per month.

Alternative Way to Enter the Profit Share Draw

Spend €5.00 (±7.50) or ₳ 500 on each of the MiAmigo services and the system will issue a raffle ticket, which will automatically play in the Profit Share Draw that same week. You can have an unlimited number of raffle rickets in the Profit Share Draw, which will increase your chances to win --- but you can win only one price each Profit Share Draw!

Thirty Percent

The 30 % from the Affiliate Pay Plan that has been reserved in Amigo Points will be deposited into the Profit Sharing Draw and will be shared as follows:

· 1 Winner receives 25 %

· 5 Winners receive 5 % each

· The remaining 50 % of Amigo Points will be divided by 500. That number of Amigos will then receive ₳ 500 each. The number of winners depends on the number of points to be shared.

Case Study

Let’s assume that this week we had a gross profit of €400,000 ($600,000) and 75% would be available for the Affiliate Program, which is €300,000 ($450,000). Then 30% from this amount (€90,000 / $125,000) will be converted into 12,500,000 Amigo Points.

From the ₳ 12,500,000 one Amigo wins 25 % and 5 Amigos win 5%. The remaining 50% will be divided by 500 and the outcome is the number of Amigos that win ₳ 500. In this Case Study the Winnings would be as follows:

· 1 Amigo receives 25 %, which equals ₳ 5,000,000 (€ 22,500 / ± $ 33,750)

· 5 Winners will each receive 5 % is ₳ 1,000,000 (€ 4.500 / ± $ 6,750)

· 900 Amigos will each receive ₳ 500 (€ 5 / ± $ 7.50)

Of course the outcome will be more if the weekly gross profit is higher and the winnings will be lower if the gross profit was less.

Eligible to Participate

Gratis Amigos must make a purchase of at least € 5.00 or ₳ 500 to get a raffle ticket to participate in a Profit Share Draw that particular week, and if they want to participate the following week they will again have to make a purchase. Upgraded Amigos will also receive free raffle tickets when making purchases, increasing their chances to win.

Super Profit Share Draw

The Super Profit Share Draw is open to Platinum Amigos. The Super Profit Share Draws in 2008 will take place on: 29 March, 29 June, 31 August and 30 November. If not a Platinum Amigo yet, we strongly advise to upgrade ASAP if you do not want to miss out; the prizes are BIG and chances you'll win are high.

Every 5^th Saturday of the Month

The Super Profit Share Draw will take place every month that has 5 Saturdays. The Super Profit Sharing Pool is filled with 10% of the Affiliate Pay Plan reserved from sales during the weeks that have passed since the last Super Profit Sharing Draw. There will also be a regular Profit Share Draw in that week!

Each Platinum Amigo has 1 raffle ticket and if you have 3 Platinum memberships, you’ll receive 3 raffle tickets for each Super Profit Share Draw.

The Super Profit Sharing Pool will be divided between 81 Platinum Lucky Amigos:

· 1 Platinum Amigos will receive 25%

· 5 Platinum Amigos will each receive 5 %

· 25 Platinum Amigos will each receive 1 %

· 50 Platinum Amigos will each receive 0.5 %

Case Study

Let’s assume that the last 13 weeks we had a gross profit of 13 x €400,000 ($600,000) = €5,200,000 and 75% would be available for the Affiliate Program, which is €3,900,000. Then 30% from this amount (€1,170,000) is converted into 117,000,000 Amigo Points.

The ₳ 117,000,000 will be divided as follows:

· 1 Amigo receives ₳ 29,250,000 (€ 292,500 / ± $ 438,750)

· 5 Winners will each receive ₳ 5,850,000 (€ 58.500 / ± $87,750)

· 25 Amigos will each receive ₳ 1,170,000 (€ 11,700 / ± $ 17,550)

· 50 Amigos will each receive ₳ 585,000 (€ 5,850 / ± $ 8,775)

Publication of Lucky Amigos

The drawing of the biggest prizes in both the Super and regular Profit Share Draw can be followed live through our website and immediately after the Draw you can see in your members’ zone if you are among the lucky winners. A list with the Usernames of the Lucky Amigos of each Profit Share Draw will published on the Info Board after 7 days of the Draw. Amigos that did not collect their price will be printed in red!

Claim Your Prices

After each Profit Share draw you’ll have to check your X-Wire Account to see if you are among the winners because it is through this highly secured and anonymous messaging system that we will inform the Winners. The prizes will be paid out after you have confirmed your prize.
